One of our core beliefs is to Give Back. Based on our gratitude for what we receive from both our associates and our clients we feel it is important to share our benefits with others. Every year we share a percentage of our profits and our time with non-profit organizations that are making a difference. Our goal is to give back both locally and globally.

Giving Locally

The President of our firm, Jim Schaffer has served on various Committees of United Way for more than 20 years. He now is part of the Management and Audit Committee of United Way of Central Indiana where he helps United Way agencies find better ways to use the resources given to their trust. We also donate to a specific charity each year. This year we are giving to the Peace Learning Center of Indianapolis, a community-based educational institution dedicated to teaching peace building and conflict resolution skills to youth and adults. Giving Globally

The global charity we support is the Indianapolis-based non-profit organization Ambassadors for Children.  Founded and lead by Dr. Sally Brown, the former President and CEO of the largest travel club in the US, Ambassadors for Children (AFC) is dedicated to serving children around the world through short-term humanitarian service trips and sustainable programs.
