He has more than 30 years of coaching and leadership development experience and earlier in his career built one of the largest and most successful HR Consulting firms in the Mid-west. Jim has provided more than 2,000 hours of coaching to key executives and managers. For the firm, he is responsible for strategic planning, professional services development, talent management, and relationship management
with client companies and their leaders.
